Speed, wit, and a steady trigger finger. How quickly could she whip out her gun, calculate the distance and wind, and put a steady bullet through a man is all she needed to survive. While she can lift a weight or two, she her overall strength and defense are subpar. Lucia has just enough medical knowledge to keep herself and others alive to make it to a real doctor.

Personality ; Lucia likes to think of herself as quick of wit, and just as quicker with a trigger. She takes herself very seriously, and hates to be mocked or made fun of. Lucia likes to be in control of situations, and will often try to take the leadership position. Having to grow up with a large variety of people, Lucia likes to think she is a rather agreeable person, even if she doesn't share their opinion. However, she can be quick to lose her temper over people who dont listen to her or act cowardly. She gives nothing but the highest respect to her superiors, and dislikes people who try to act out and cause trouble.

Lucia loves to study, and can be often found reading books or drawing weapon plans for later use. She goes crazy over weaponry, and can talk about guns for hours. She loves to go to the shooting range, so if you ever can't find her, she will probably be there. Lucia is also fond of architecture, so you can also find her walking around buildings, studying their composition and structure. When simply training, Lucia loves to test every weapon she can find. Her weapon obsession is grenades.

Biography ; Born into a family of Hotel moguls, Lucia lived the good life. She was the oldest of three children, and all three siblings loved each other very much. What set her apart from her siblings, were her beautiful green eyes. Blue eyes are rare, but green are even rarer. Lucia was nicknamed, 'Esmeralda', by the household maids because of her eyes. Her father, while often not home, showered her with gifts, as she was his jewel, and gave her anything she wanted, and her mother was just as loving. She was brought up to be the perfect house wife, with knowledge of cooking, cleaning, gardening, and how to run a house. Religion was also a huge part of her life, with mass every Sunday. However, when she reached the age of 8, she discovered her families true occupation; weapon smugglers.

Lucia and her siblings were all traveling outside of the compound, when their car was hijack'd. A man in a black mask grabbed Lucia and knocked her out. When she regained consciousness, she found herself bound and gagged; a knife to her face. The man said that if her father didn't deliver the weapons as promised, he would cut out her emerald eyes and sell them. To emphasize this, he cut her right below her left eye. Petrified in fear, she sat there for what felt like hours in a small cell, until she heard gunshots from the room outside. Lucia's father entered the room, smoke billowing all around him, in the image of a superhero. He picked up his daughter, held her tight, and delivered her from safety. From that day on, Lucia had nothing but eternal love for her father.

After that, he made all his children take weapon lessons and taught them how to defend themselves. Her father told them he wanted to keep this all a secret a little longer from his children, which was why he didn't start training them earlier. They were only children, he told them gravely. Lucia quickly discovered her affinity for guns and business and her ability was quickly noticed by her instructor. Her father was highly impressed, and asked his daughter if she wanted to one day take over the business, despite the fact that she was a girl. Her father knew it would be foolish to let such talent go to waste. Lucia nodded, and told him she would. For several years after that, she accompanied her father during business deals, got in and out of dangerous situations, and helped develop weapons. She would spend hours reading books on guns, and then more hours drawing weapon plans, her former life of housework left behind. Then came the day when her father and her teachers has no more to teach her. Her father wanted her to continue her education, and had it arranged for her to attend Milizia. All of this was done under the guise that he wanted his heiress to continue to learn how to defend herself from kidnappers after the Hotel's wealth. Lucia welcomed the challenge, and swore she would make her father proud.

Additional Information ;
- When in combat or somewhere dirty, she ties her hair around her waist to keep it off the ground.
- Lucia has never cut her hair, and never will as part of her religious beliefs. She is highly religious and dislikes people who make fun of her faith.
- Loves make up, and she applies it every morning. Thinks all women would be more beautiful with it.
- Loves to eat various sweets and pastries.
- Every Sunday, she spends an hour praying and reading her scriptures. During the rest of the week, she prays every morning and every night.
